Our team has worked on historic tax credit (HTC) projects across Michigan including some of the biggest tax credit projects in Detroit. We have successfully written Part 1, Part 2, and Part 3 applications while working collaboratively with owners, developers, architects, accountants, and the trades to work through difficult design challenges. We pride ourselves on our ability to build strong relationships while successfully shepherding these projects through the design review process. Sample projects include a large college campus in Detroit, mid-rise office buildings, apartment buildings, a theater, and many retail and tenant improvement projects. Our team not only guides clients through the historic tax credit process we also prepare and present Historic District Commission applications if the project is located in a local historic district.
